Protocol shape

War marketEpoch Conquest is a faction war market, not a work-mining protocol. Buy to enter, stake to qualify, spend to move the map, and keep showing up if you want visible influence.
Core loopStake CONQUEST, choose a faction, run paid missions, lock commitments, climb the board, settle the epoch, and restake if you want to keep pressure on the field.
On-chain authorityProtocol contracts are authoritative for stake, eligibility, faction choice, faction lock, missions, commitments, settlement, and claims. The site and database are indexed read layers over that state.
Faction warfareZones are the public terrain of the game. Missions create paid pressure, commitments create visible conviction, and current-epoch exposure makes faction identity sticky.
Retention disciplineThe protocol is tuned so passive extraction should not dominate: featured missions require deeper stake, active players receive most reward weight, and most rewards bias toward claim-and-restake.
Public surfaceThe site is war-board-first. Zones, pressure, commitments, burns, pools, and rankings are public. Wallet dossiers appear only on explicit query. Actions live in skill.md and the authenticated API.
